DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA):

WE ARE BASED IN MELBOURNE – AUSTRALIA.

• Our shipping partner is Australia Post 
• Our shipping arrangements cover all places within Australia via Australia Post network including regional areas.
• All orders are processed and shipped within one business day from Melbourne - Victoria.
• Orders placed before 2pm are processed and shipped on the same business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, except public holidays.

FREE Standard shipping via Australia Post on all orders  - We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders via Australia Post. Delivery time is approx. 2 to 7 business days (regional / country area may take longer).

FREE PARCEL POST with Signature on Delivery for orders over $30  - Australia Post delivery time is approximately 2 to 6 business days (depending on your city - regional/country area may take longer).

EXPRESS POST (Next Business Day) with Signature on Delivery (Flat rate AUD$6.95) - If you need your order to be delivered quickly, select express shipping at the checkout and receive your order in 1-2 business days.

We can ship to your home or your place of business. We can also ship to post boxes (PO BOX). Parcel Lockers are to be verified and confirmed prior to shipping.  We cannot ship to hotels, motels and resorts.

All prices in Australian dollars. Your shipping fee includes handling and postage via Australia Post. Shipping methods and prices are subject to change without notice.

Purchaser's signature on delivery maybe be required to confirm the delivery and receipt of the shipment. Customers can waive signature on delivery and instruct Australia Post to leave the parcel/safedrop at a at their own risk. Please note that the customer assume all the resposibility for safedrop requirements, including if the parcel goes missing after beign delivered by Australia Post.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You will also receive an order tracking number with other details if express shipping method is selected.

Please be advised that some products, like soaps, can be affected by heat if delivered to a domestic post box during warm time of the year. If this is the case, please select the postal address carefully.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (WORLDWIDE):

All prices are in Australian dollars.  Your credit card company or Paypal will convert it to your current currency.

We ship our products quickly from Australia to most countries, including: USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, France, Germany, New Zealand, Singapore and other countries. 

ALL ORDERS UNDER $100 = FLAT RATE of $18.95 FOR INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL PARCEL WITH TRACKING

ALL ORDERS OVER $100 = FLAT RATE of $6.95 FOR INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL PARCEL WITH TRACKING

Delivery time: International delivery time may vary according to the location and is normally between 5 to 16 business days.

All orders are processed  and posted on the same or next business day and sent via Australia Post - International Air Mail Parcel.

Delivery is done by your local Postal company (Example: USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, NZ Post, etc)

Business days are Monday through Friday except public holidays. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

Delivery to some countries may take longer due to longer customs clearance procedure. Please note that if required any applicable custom duty must be paid by purchaser at the country of destination. Deliveries to USA, Canada, UK, NZ normally don't apply any additional customs charges unless if by a change in law.

Most of our products can be shipped internationally. If there are any restrictions that apply to your destination, we will advise you prior to sending your order.

 Your order will be sent via Australia Post - International Standard Parcel and delivered to your country via your local Post company or other delivery couriers.
